I don’t believe you need another person telling you what you should do. There is already enough advice in the world. Instead, I want to help you uncover why you’re having such a hard time trusting yourself to choose.
Inside UNSTUCK: Reveal the You Underneath, I use what I hear in your story, what I intuitively sense in your energetic patterns, what I feel in my own body as we work together, and sometimes what comes through from your Higher Self, to uncover the deeper patterns beneath the obvious problem.
Together, we look for the behavioral, ancestral, spiritual, and energetic patterns that may be keeping you in your current version. Then we open the heart. We make space for the woman who got you here. We connect with the woman you’re becoming. And from there, you can begin choosing your next step from alignment instead of fear, proving, or pressure.

I’m Darla, a spiritual guide, intuitive, and creator of The Sovereign Woman Journey.
For years, I’ve explored the intersection of spirituality, self-awareness, embodiment, intuition, and the patterns that shape how we experience ourselves and our lives.
What I’ve discovered is that knowing better doesn’t always mean we can do differently. Sometimes the mind understands the pattern long before the body feels safe enough to release it. That’s where my work begins.
I don’t believe in fixing women, giving them the “right” answer, or asking them to become some idealized version of themselves. I help women slow down enough to hear themselves again.
