Hi, I’m Darla

I help spiritually aware women stop abandoning themselves or outsourcing their knowledge and finally feel safe enough to trust who they’ve always been.

Through nervous system regulation, embodiment, intuitive guidance, and quantum healing, I help women move from understanding themselves intellectually to actually living from self-trust.

I’m also a complete nerd when it comes to nervous systems, quantum healing, and understanding why we repeat the same patterns even when we know better.

And I know what it’s like to spend years trying to get yourself “right. I know what it feels like to understand your patterns while still wondering why they keep showing up. And I know what it’s like to discover that the answer wasn’t becoming someone new… I was finally feeling safe enough to be myself.
