Hi, I’m Darla.
I’m a spiritual guide, intuitive, and creator of The Sovereign Woman Journey.
I help women see the patterns, beliefs, and judgments shaping their lives — so they choose from self-trust. Not fixing. Just witnessing what is already here, and standing in it fully.
I know what it’s like to be exhausted from trying to become the “better” version of yourself. I know what it’s like to think positive to say the affirmations, count the blessings, do the mindset work and still not feel different, or do differently. I know what it’s like to be scared of your own gifts, and to want to trust the universe but not quite know how.I was a very powerful person in the pushing, fighting, forcing sense until I softened, surrendered, and discovered I’d misplaced my strength in the softening. What I found on the other side was compassionate power: the strong one, finally held.
That’s what I help women come back to. Not the pushing version. Not the shrinking version. The sovereign version: strong and soft, powerful and at peace.
