It’s because many of us unknowingly bring the same ol’ patterns into our healing that we’ve brought into the rest of our lives, like trying to get it right, earn our worth, fix ourselves, or become someone else.
But healing was never meant to be another performance. The true purpose was to bring you home to yourself, so that it is embodied, love.
Where you feel free being your real, true, unique, funny, soft, but powerful, and layered self. Where your spiritual gifts meet your lived truth.
And that is because we were built from a different cloth, a different program with different codes.

I thought something was wrong with me. lol for real. I couldn’t understand what was happening.
Turns out…
I was built from a different cloth.
I grew up moving between homes, my mom’s, my dad’s, my other grandma’s, and eventually my granny’s. I was never in one place long enough to feel fully rooted. So I learned the next best thing: stay small, stay quiet, and stay out of trouble.
I became incredibly good at reading everyone else while slowly losing sight of myself and my gifts.
I went on to earn my master’s degree, became a wife and a mother of three, built a career, and started a mom business. From the outside, it looked like I was doing everything right.
Inside, I was exhausted from trying to fit into a life and a version of myself that never felt like me.
When my first business started falling apart, followed by my career, I thought I was cursed. (I laugh about it now… but at the time, I really believed it.) So, I immersed myself in healing. I read the books, took productivity and mindset courses, and explored every modality I could find, hoping the next answer would finally make everything click.
And while every experience gave me something valuable, I noticed something surprising.
I was becoming incredibly knowledgeable… but I still didn’t fully trust myself, see my power or believe in my purpose.
I wasn’t missing more information.
I was missing my own voice beneath all the noise.
Then everything changed.
My work isn’t about fixing you.
It’s about what’s covering you.
Most healing focuses on what’s wrong with you. Mine focuses on what’s covering you, like the patterns, the conditioning, the survival responses, the energetic noise. When the distortion clears, you don’t become someone new. You remember who you’ve always been.
