- Swaying / Rocking
- Gentle side-to-side movement, or forward and back.
- Great for loosening the spine, releasing tension in the chest, and moving stagnant emotions.
- Shaking / Tremoring
- Let your arms, legs, or whole body shake freely.
- Excellent for dislodging stuck energy or old patterns. Think of it as “shaking off” what doesn’t belong.
- Stretching / Opening
- Reach arms overhead, arch the back, twist gently.
- Opens energy channels, activates higher frequencies, and expands the chest/heart space.
- Spontaneous Gestures
