What’s the inner voice?
Your inner voice is that part of you that knows what’s best for you. It’s the wisest part of you, and it always has your best interests at heart.
The problem is that we often don’t listen to our inner voice. We get caught up in our own heads, listening to the noise of our thoughts instead. This can lead us down the wrong path and make it hard to achieve our goals.
Fortunately, there are ways to quiet the noise and listen to your inner voice.
When you do, you’ll find that it’s much easier to make decisions that are in line with what’s best for you.

Learn how to follow your intuition and create an inspired life
Your intuition is that little voice inside your head that tells you what to do. It’s that feeling you get in your gut when you just know something is right or wrong. Some people call it a hunch, and others call it a sixth sense. But whatever you call it, following your intuition can help you create an inspired life.
When you listen to your intuition, you are tapping into your inner wisdom.
Following your intuition doesn’t mean giving up reason or logic.
Intuition is simply another tool that you can use to make better decisions. When you learn to trust and follow your intuition, you will be surprised by what you learn, and easily you are guided
So try listening to your gut the next time you’re faced with a difficult decision.
I know it’s can be hard to know how to trust and use it.
So here are a few tips to help you get in touch with your intuition and use it to guide you to everything you want and need in life:
1. Pay attention to your gut feelings. If something doesn’t feel right, it probably isn’t.
We’ve all been there before. You’re about to do something, and suddenly your stomach drops.
Or maybe you have an uneasy feeling like something just isn’t right.
These gut feelings are important. They are our gut’s way of trying to warn us about potential danger. So if you ever find yourself in a situation where something doesn’t feel right, it’s important to listen to your intuition and take action accordingly.
It can also help you make better decisions overall by avoiding choices that don’t feel good to you.
Exercise: Say 3 true things and pay attention to how it feels and where. Say 3 things that are extremely untrue and note the feeling.
So next time you get a gut feeling, you can use it to see what it has to say!
2. Follow your heart. When you’re faced with a choice, go with what feels right in your heart.
Have you ever had that feeling when we’re faced with a choice, and we’re not sure what to do?
You may have two options that both make sense, but you can’t shake the feeling that one is right and one is wrong. Or, you may feel like you’re at a complete crossroads and have no idea which path to take.
The good news is, that you already have everything you need to make the best decision for yourself. All you have to do is follow your heart.
Your heart is aligned with your higher self, GOD, positivity, or the Universe.
When you’re faced with a choice, go with what feels right in your heart whether in relationships, setting goals, or creating an inspired life.
The reason this is so important is because your heart knows what’s best for you. It knows what will make you happy and fulfilled. And when you listen to it, it will guide you to exactly what you need. So trust yourself, and follow your heart. It will never steer you wrong.
If you stay true to yourself and listen to your heart, you’ll always end up exactly where you’re supposed to be.
Example: Say you are in the car, setting the navigation and it gives you clear directions to your destination it says your arrival time is 30 mins (this is your logic). But, for whatever reason, you feel compelled to take a different route that will take 10 mins longer( this is your intuition). What do you choose? Your intuition could lead you clear of an accident or toward a sign that you need to see.
3. Listen to Your Dreams.
Our dreams often contain messages from our higher selves, the universe, angels, GOD… ( the way you identify with it is not important).
But often your dream has messages for your higher good.
Ever have one of those dreams that seemed so real you woke up thinking it actually happened?
Or those totally bizarre dreams- the kind where you show up to work naked or your teeth fall out.
Dreams can be frustratingly difficult to interpret, but it is said that they often contain messages from our higher selves. So if you have been struggling with a decision or are feeling lost, a good place to start is with your dreams.
You may be surprised at what your subconscious has to say!
For me, some dreams come true; some are just dreams while others send a message.
I understand the difference because they feel different. Let me share with you one of my dreams…
I remember a dream I had where I was hanging with some friends talking about how hard it is to feel balance. I was overwhelemed and felt emotionallly all over the place, especially since my youngest daughter was dealing with topical steriord withdrawl/ severe ecemza problem. As I was standing there expressing my frustation and feeling of defeat. A dark skinned middle aged black man with locks down to his waist randomly approached me. He said " you need to ground yourself and I mean literally go outside take off your shoes and stand in the grass for at least 15 mins and breath". Then he began to walk away. In my dream I turned towards him and said ookay thanks. I was astonished in the dream because he camee out of now where and approached me.
When I woke up, I know that was a sign. That this man was helping me feel in control, and I need to release stress back into nature.
So I did exactly what he said. I went outside, took off my shoes stood on the grass, and grounded myself.
Now, I was very aware of grounding and have done it before, but it didn’t dawn on me to do it until then. It was a nice reminder to let my energy return to nature so I can realign myself. And I felt ten times better after I did. It may not have helped my daughter’s eczema, but it did allow me to have a better perspective and not feel alone on the journey. It allowed me to clear my head and emotions long enough to think of solutions.

4. Be Open to Guidance from the Universe.
Sometimes we receive guidance from the universe in the form of synchronicities or “coincidences.” If you’re open to it, you may start noticing these more and more. Trust that they are leading you in the right direction.
If you’re like most people, you probably brush off coincidences as just that – coincidences. But what if there was more to it than that? What if the universe was trying to guide you?
It may sound far-fetched, but hear me out. Synchronicities are more than just random coincidences. They are meaningful events that occur in our lives that can’t be explained by chance alone.
Say you’ve been thinking about starting your own business. You’ve been doing some research and you’re just about ready to take the plunge when you start seeing the number 11 everywhere you turn. Your alarm clock says 11:11, you see a license plate with the number 11, a commercial comes on the radio advertising a business coaching program at 11:11 am.
Now, this could all be just a coincidence. But what if it’s not? What if the universe is trying to tell you something? That’s where being open to guidance comes in.
If you’re open to it, you may start noticing synchronicities more and more. And trust me, they will lead you in the right direction. So next time you see a 111 or 222 or 333 – don’t brush it off as a coincidence. Listen to what the universe is trying to tell you. It just might be the guidance you’ve been waiting for.
5. Create an Inspired Life using Resources and Tools to help.
There are a lot of different paths that you can take in life, but the goal is always the same, to have harmony, be happy and purposeful. We all want to be surrounded by those we love and to feel like we are a part of something bigger than ourselves.
The key to achieving this is to find what inspires you and make it happen. Below are some things you can do to create an inspired life for yourself.
Get clear about what you want. What is your heart’s desire? What would make you happy?
The first step is to get clear about what you want. This seems easy enough, but so many of us go through life without really knowing what we want. We may have an idea, but it’s usually vague and undefined. If you don’t know what you want, how can you ever hope to get it?
See yourself achieving your goal in your mind’s eye and create a vision board to help with the overall goal.
If you want to achieve a goal, it’s important first to visualize it. See yourself in your mind’s eye as already having achieved the goal.
What does that look like? What are you doing? How do you feel?
Then, once you have a clear image in your mind, start to put together a vision board. A vision board is a collection of images, quotes, and other reminders that visually represent your goal. It’s a way to help keep your focus on what you want to achieve and provide motivation along the way.
So find some pictures and quotes that inspire you, print them out or paste them onto a poster board, and hang it up where you’ll see it every day, like on your desktop or phone. And remember, don’t let anyone else tell you what’s possible or impossible. You are the only one who knows what you’re capable of achieving.
So go for it! Visualize it and make it happen.
Take Inspired Action steps to make your goals a Reality.
Now that you know what you want and visualize it now, it’s time to set some goals. But not just any goals- inspired goals.
These are the kind of goals that get you excited and motivated to take action. They are the kind of goals that make you feel like anything is possible.
You’ve probably heard the phrase “take inspired action.” But what does that actually mean? And how can you tell if the action you’re taking is inspired?
Here’s how I like to think about it:
When you’re in alignment with your highest self, your actions will flow easily and effortlessly. You’ll be energized and excited about taking action, and it will feel good. The results of your actions will also be in alignment with your highest good.
On the other hand, if you’re not in alignment with your highest self, your actions will feel like a struggle. You’ll be forcing yourself to take action, and it won’t feel good. The results of your actions will also be out of alignment with your highest good.
So, how can you tell if you’re in alignment with your highest self? The best way is to check in with how you’re feeling. If you’re feeling good, then you’re probably on the right track. If you’re not feeling good, then something needs to shift.
The bottom line is that taking inspired action is all about following your heart and listening to your intuition. When you do that, everything else will fall into place.
Following your intuition to lead YOUR desired destination.
Take some time for yourself.
One important thing to remember is that you can’t pour from an empty cup. In order to be the best version of yourself, you need to take care of yourself first. That means making time for things like rest, relaxation, and self-care. When you do that, you’ll have more to give to others and be better equipped to handle whatever life throws your way.
